For many of our guests, breakfast is an integral part of their stay and they have high expectations for their first meal of the day. It might be something to look forward to before a busy day of meetings. A welcome morning of relaxation before a day of sightseeing. Or quite simply, a delightful change from the norm. With every unique guest, comes a unique way to breakfast. It is our role to ensure they can start the day their way.
- We are open from 6.30 am – 10 am on weekdays
- 07 am – 11 am on weekends & bank holidays
- Our guests are always greeted at the entrance to the room with a ‘good morning’. We ensure that we make eye contact and offer a genuine smile
- Throughout breakfast, team members will regularly rotate the room offering to top up coffees and teas, and to take orders of additional breakfast items where needed
- When it comes to allergies or dietary requirements, we’re always as flexible and accommodating as possible
- Breakfast is served as a buffet

It is important that we always refer to a guest by their name, asking them to confirm it if necessary rather than asking for their room number.
