Room Service

We know our guests visit for all kinds of reasons, which means they won’t always want or be able to dine at the hotel’s set times. Whether they missed restaurant opening hours, don’t want to get out of bed or they simply love a midnight feast, we like to give our guests the freedom to enjoy room service any time, day or night.

Service Times

  • Served from the in-house kitchen between 5 pm – 11 pm
  • Outside of those hours we offer food through a 3rd party provider

Room Service

  • When it comes to allergies or dietary requirements, we’re always as flexible and accommodating as possible
  • In the event that a guest orders food from an external food delivery service, the reception team should call the guest on the arrival of the order to notify them that it is ready for them to collect from reception (this also allows us and them to verify the order)

Set-up

  • There are no paper menus in rooms; room service menus are available on the TV
  • Not all restaurant dishes should be advertised for room service, but all dishes are available on request
  • Room service orders are taken by phone with the reception team
