All-day Dining and Afternoon Tea

Whether it’s a working lunch, a celebratory afternoon tea or a romantic dinner for two. The table is set, the lighting is right and we’re ready to exceed expectations.

Service Times

  • Our all-day menu is available from 12 pm – 10 pm
  • Afternoon tea is available from 12 pm– 5 pm

Extended service time can be applied if required, this is at the discretion of the hotel.

Service Touch-points

  • Our guests are always met at the entrance, greeted with a friendly “good afternoon” or “good evening” and seated at their table. They are then presented with a menu
  • A drinks order is taken immediately, unless the guest asks for more time to choose. The team member must return within 5 minutes

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Resident – When taking the morning drinks order, we always ask if there are any allergies or dietary requirements we should know about. The exception to this rule is if we have already been informed about a hotel resident’s dietary requirements, in which case, we reconfirm this to them (for example, “I understand that you have a nut allergy”). We’re as flexible and accommodating as possible and offer food suggestions to suit the guest’s needs.

Non-resident – When showing a guest to their table/ when taking a guest’s drinks order we always ask if there are any allergies or dietary requirements we should know about.

Music

Our branded playlist is to be played throughout opening hours.
